PRANA IQ ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly: the content of an email you send to sales@pranaiq.ai, anything you enter when booking a call through our Google Calendar scheduling page, and the website address, brand details, and work email you submit on the Free tools page. The contact form on this website is not active.

Free tools

The Brand Standards Skill Builder sends the URL or brand fields you enter, plus a work email, to our Prana IQ service so it can write a Markdown skill file. The file is returned in the browser. We do not email it. We do not keep the URL, page content, brand details, or email after the request finishes. The work email and a shortened network identifier are hashed for rate limiting.

Analytics and tracking

This website uses Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used. Clarity records sessions and interactions, including clicks and scrolls. Clarity sets cookies in your browser, and Microsoft receives that data.

This website also uses two advertising tags: the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. When you load a page, these tags set cookies and collect your IP address, browser and device data, and the pages you visit. Meta and LinkedIn receive this data, and we use it for ad measurement and to show our ads again to people who have visited this website (retargeting) on Meta and LinkedIn. The Meta Pixel records page views only. We do not run a tag manager.

You can control how Meta and LinkedIn use this data for ads in your ad settings on each platform: Meta ad settings and LinkedIn advertising settings.

Our host, Microsoft Azure, processes standard web server request data to deliver the site. We do not access it for analytics.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide services
  • Schedule and conduct meetings
  • Improve our website and services
  • Send relevant communications (with your consent)

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate: website hosting (Microsoft Azure), the Prana IQ service that writes the Free tools skill file, and call scheduling (Google Calendar)
  • Microsoft, through Clarity, for the session and interaction measurement described above
  • Advertising platforms, through the tags described above: Meta Platforms and LinkedIn
  • Professional advisors as needed
  • As required by law

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at sales@pranaiq.ai.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag set cookies in your browser, as described under Analytics and tracking.

Booking and Google Calendar

Booking links open a Google Calendar appointment page. Anything you enter there is handled by Google, not by us. Loading a page also contacts Microsoft for Clarity, and Meta and LinkedIn for the advertising tags described above. The typefaces are served from our own domain.
